OPTREAL, spol. s r. o. is a Czech development company.

The company OPTREAL, spol. s r. o., is an investor and developer operating on the Czech real estate market since its establishment in 1997.

OPTREAL focuses on the sale of building plots near or near Prague, especially in the Prague East and Prague West regions, but also in the Central Bohemian Region. We currently offer new and very attractive locality at Čestlice and beautiful building plots in the centre of Jílové near Prague. Other locations near Prague are in preparation and will soon appear in our offer.

Our main activities include the sale of fully networked building plots for family houses. We carry out the construction of technical infrastructure in locations owned by our company, and since 2021 we have been offering this service customized-to-order to other entities as well, including plots for the commercial construction. The goal of OPTREAL is to build sites that meet modern current trends so that our clients can build homes where they will be happy to come back.

From a historical point of view, we have implemented most projects southeast of the Capital City in the area between Říčany and Jesenice near Prague. These are more than thirty completed projects with a total volume of around 2,000,000 m2. Our largest development project so far was the locality of Zdiměřice, followed by the lands of Průhonice Park, Psáry, Dobřejovice, Herink, Radimovice, Radějovice, Psáry, Říčany near Prague, Struhařov, Mirošovice near Prague, Jílové near Prague, Radlík, and also Vestec near Prague, Třebotov, Mníšek pod Brdy, Čerčany and Vysoká Lhota in the Benešov district.

In terms of the housing projects in Prague and the surrounding area, OPTREAL also participated in the implementation of several of them, for example in the municipalities of Jesenice, Zdiměřice and Štěrboholy.

The OPTREAL, spol. s r. o., company is closely connected with the OPT Plus, a.s., company which started mutual cooperation through the implementation of building plots in Třebotov and Radimovice in 2006.
