All utilities in the Čerčany locality are built

Water, electricity, gas, drainage and public lighting are already finished in the locality. In mid-November, the OPTREAL received another valid building approval for the communications built. In the past weeks sidewalks by main road have also been completed and approved for use. Sidewalks inside the location, in the parks and the future playground, are built already as well. Their approval is scheduled for next spring.

The spring months will be marked by the implementation of landscaping. A next turn-on will be the construction of a bicycle path, which is already prepared, and laying the final surface on it. At the same time planting of greenery, equipping the location with benches and waste baskets and adding gameplay elements to the space of the children playground will be under way.
