Attractive location `U hliněného rybníka` in Mirošovice is completely finished

During the summer and autumn, OPTREAL arranged for the construction of engineering networks. In November and December 2016, the competent authorities were successively issuing valid building approval decisions on the last built utility networks. This nice location is completely finished.

Landowners may apply for a building permit and launch the construction. At present, the first family house is being built here. We assume that the construction of other houses will run over as soon as a nice weather comes.

Indeed, pieces of land in Mirošovice were greatly demanded by the clients. For sale, we offered demanded smaller pieces of land that are conveniently and quickly available from Prague. The location itself makes a cozy impression at first sight. The neighbouring Štičí rybník, which forms its dominant, make the local atmosphere even more exalted.
