In Jílové near Prague, OPTREAL obtained approval for the construction of roads and drainage

After the completion of the roads at the end of last year, we requested the issuance of a Building Approval for the roads and drainage. We received a valid decision from the Černošice Municipal Office this February.

OPTREAL worked on the construction of roads during the autumn months. By completing them, the location becomes consolidated and takes on its own form. New and future landowners can better imagine their boundaries and their practical operation while arriving at their homes.

Within a month, the ČEZ company will start building the public lighting here. Landscaping will follow. Completion of all engineering networks is tentatively scheduled for the end of April this year.
