Landowners in the location of Čerčany can apply for a building permit and then start construction

Thanks to the engineering networks built, for which the OPTREAL gradually received valid occupancy approval decision at the end of the last year, nothing prevents the landowners to apply for a building permit. After its receipt, they can start building their houses.

As aforementioned in our previous newsletter, further work on landscaping, bike trails, playground equipment and more will continue in this location in the spring, which will, however, have no impact on the construction of houses. On the contrary, they are supposed to further beautify this nice location and offer new residents more rest and relaxation zones even outside their plots.
