OPTREAL handed over the constructed utility networks to the ownership of Municipality of Čerčany, the clients are starting to build

We handed over the approved roads and utilities to the municipality two days before Christmas, on December 22 of last year.

The OPTREAL worked on completing utility networks during the summer months. The onset of the autumn weather allowed us to carry out garden modifications. We have also completed and fenced off the playground, which will be equipped with game elements. However, that is under the direction of the municipality.

With the family houses that are gradually growing here, the location is starting to change. We are looking forward to how it will look in the end and we wish all our clients well in their new homes.
