OPTREAL is building utility networks on land in Jílové near Prague

In the past few weeks, the construction of utilities has begun in our newest and very nice location indeed. We are pleased that the work has already progressed significantly.

Currently, more than half of the plots have water and sewage connections.

As soon as we have completed the connections to the remaining parcels, the utility networks will be connected to the existing lines. We will then start with the preparatory work for the construction of the underlying layers for the roads.
