Utility networks in the sites of Vestec and Čerčany are built and approved

During the past months, OPTREAL worked intensively on the gradual building and completion of the construction of engineering networks in the sites of Vestec and Čerčany - Vysoká Lhota.

All utilities, i.e. water supply, electricity, gas, sewerage, roads and public lighting are built and approved in Vestec. There is nothing to prevent clients from applying for a permit to build their family houses.

No gas is available in the site of Čerčany - Vysoká Lhota, however, other engineering networks have also been completed, and valid approval decisions have already been issued for them.

Landscaping is currently underway in both sites and should be completed during the autumn.
